Notes:Rice comes from one of the best producers of Milan countryside where the Italian best rice is grown. Fresh Duck from San Jose is used for the salad as well as for the broth used to cook the risotto. Wild Flowers from Lucca alongside Vineyard Blossoms and Tiscan Sheep Cheese aged in a pit in the ground.
