Canneti will be cooking at Hartford Family Winery November 2nd! Fall Wine Maker Dinner is going to be fantastico. This is for wine and food lover. I did not decide what to cook, but mushrooms(the real wild once!), local chestnuts, game and new flours will be in season. If you wish to make a reservation, please contact the winery and ask for Becky. Dinner will be 5-6 courses, high hand cuisine with Tuscan influence, Jeff Steward crafts some of the best wine I have ever tasted( Stone Cote Chard is to die for!
